If you don't know where is Enschede, it's in fact a small Dutch city in which a catastrophy due to fireworks killed in 2000 about 24 persons, injured about 950 and thousands of inhabitants without housing.
Je me demande si une chose aussi terrible que cela pourrait se passer au Maroc, à Casablanca en particulier surtout que ce genre de jouets, très dangereux et pourtant populaire auprès des jeunes durant Achoura, est officiellement interdit. Cependant, ces objets explosifs entrent en contrebande par différents moyens et sont cachés dans des magasins. Durant Achoura, ils sont vendus principalement dans des endroits connus notamment Derb Omar.
I'm wondering whether a terribe thing like this can happen here in Morocco and especially Casablanca as fireworks, one of the most popular games between youngters during Achoura, are officially banned. In spite of this interdiction, these explosive items are smuggled by different ways and hidden in warehouses. During Achoura periods, they are mainly sold in well known places especially Derb Omar.
